  • Our supplier for managing room booking enquiries – Wix (https://wix.com) which provides website functionality and the web enquiry form.

 

We may also transfer your personal data to legal advisors to the extent they need to see your information to provide us with legal advice and to any third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer or merge parts of our business or our assets. Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them. If a change happens to our business then the new owners may use your personal data in the same way as set out in this privacy policy.

 

How long will we keep your personal data

 

Where you have provided Highfield Coffee Social your data for marketing purposes this will be retained for as long as you continue to interact with HCS Marketing. For all other data and in the case that you no longer interact with HCS Marketing, data will be retained for a maximum of two years.
