Barista
The Barista will skilfully craft and serve coffee and other beverages to customers while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities will include but aren't limited to, greeting customers, taking orders, preparing and serving coffee while providing recommendations on the coffee selections and operating the cash register.
This will be a 40-hour contract including weekends.

Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager will provide essential support to the store manager in overseeing daily operations, staff management and customer service. This role involves maintaining a well-organised and efficient environment, ensuring high-quality products and services, assisting with inventory management and fostering a positive team atmosphere.

Manager
The Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of coffee shop operations with weekly briefing sessions with the Operations Director. They will lead, motivate, and support a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service, while striving to meet daily operational KPIs and targets. This role requires a strong focus on team leadership and consistently providing an exceptional coffee shop experience.
